This is how it all started…
We took our first trip to Barcelona in 2014. We were immediately blown away by the city’s charm, beauty, and unmistakably laid-back vibe. We were also struck by the overabundance of options for every pursuit that vacationers love. Whether it was restaurants, bars, shopping, or even art, we found the options here so numerous that it was almost impossible to choose what to do or where to go. This was especially true for our first trip, when we only had 14 days to stay, which isn’t nearly enough time to take in this magical city.
Little by little, we learned about the city. Like many visitors, we started our journey on Las Ramblas, but we soon learned there was so much more to see than that. In fact, we discovered the best of Barcelona is usually off the beaten path. The same thing is true in Los Angeles, or Rome or London, but we were so mesmerized by Barcelona that we moved here permanently. After having spent the better part of six years living in Barcelona, we decided to share our knowledge with the world. We want you to love this city as much as we do, and we figured the best way to make that happen was by putting the very best of this city at your fingertips.
