We are Barcelona residents who have come to love this city with a great passion in our time living here. We’re always happy to show our friends the best of the city when they come on vacation. However, we noticed that when friends of friends, or people we didn’t know, came here, many of them were overwhelmed by all the options.
All too often they ended up paying for overpriced meals at tourist traps or going to places that no one who really “knew” Barcelona would ever take them. At that moment, we realized the problem. This city is so jam packed with bars, restaurants and boutiques, it’s impossible to know which one to go to if you don’t have a friend in town.
The way we saw it, no one is better equipped to tell you the best of Barcelona than someone who lives here, and knows the city like the back of their hand.
